The College Childcare Providers supervises the College Nurseries, provides an information service and operates the University Vacation Playscheme. These services are offered to College Staff and Students.
The Duty:
We are seeking a thoughtful, positive, and extremely ordered Household Info and Support Supervisor to lead our increasing Childcare Solutions. This is a gratifying opportunity to shape and supply impactful support programs for personnel and pupils with caring responsibilities including parents, carers of older dependents, and those navigating complex family life along with job or research.
Functioning within Childcare Providers, you will develop and deliver inclusive initiatives, training programs, workshops, and peer networks that support crucial changes such as adult leave and return to work. You will additionally manage the University’s information arrangement for households and carers, look after occasions and playscheme support, and oversee a small, devoted team.
As part of this role, you will deputise for the Head of Childcare Providers and play a critical component in installing a family-friendly society across the College.
